CLIFHANGER IN-PARAPET RAIL SYSTEM

A unit designed for façade access, which moves on rails of rectangular or circular hollow section installed on the inner face of the parapet (rooftop guard wall). The unit has the features of boom lifting, body rotation and jib rotation.

The boom folding feature can be implemented when deemed necessary.

The rails are installed in accordance with the architecture of the building, taking into consideration the angles and corner geometry.

The loads that are to be applied on the parapet and flooring are given to the customer at the stage of project planning. The project is carried into execution after approved in terms of statics.

It is possible to adjust the size of the space between the platform and the façade via the hydraulic movement of the boom. After the maintenance operations are done, the platform is taken to the rooftop and stationed in a suitable area such that it will not be visible from outside the building. Special types of platforms are available for moving on different or non-regular types of façade geometries. All moving parts are electrogalvanized and all other steel components are hot-dip galvanized in order to provide protection from corrosion. The customer can select the colour of the machine by indicating the paint code.
