HANGING SCAFFOLD

Systems that are generally utilised in construction work, easily installed and dismantled by means of practical hanging brackets. Provides safety and saves time in façade coating, insulation, wall plastering and painting duties. Our modular platforms are offered in the length of 4+2 metres and can be used in the configurations of 4, 2 or 6 metres depending on the façade to work on. The platform length can be easily adjusted by virtue of retractable platform doors

Our designs are made in accordance with the geometry and architectural structure of the building; thus, the overhangs and irregular geometries do not obstruct the movement of the platform. Our systems are available in manual and electrical configurations. The platform structure is made of rectangular hollow section. The platform can move on floor by means of polyamide wheels installed to the bottom. Vertical movement speed is 10cm/sec. The carrying capacity is 500 to 1000kg.

• There is no height limit for operation. All parts are either electro-galvanized or hot-dip galvanized to prevent corrosion. A manual lowering system is present for landing the platform in case of a power outage. Hemp-core galvanised wire ropes with a breaking load of 4120 kgs., in accordance with the TS 1918/10 standards, are used in the hanging system. All equipment/components comprising the electrical system are products of Moller, Siemens and Telemecanique.

The ingress protection rating of the electrical components is IP 55’dir.

The Blockstop mechanism that is automatically activated in case of a breaking of the wire rope, emergency stop button, overspeed protection device, loose rope safety equipment, waterproof canvas for the motor for protection from rain, are offered as standard equipment in all our systems.
